From the rocky, calcium rich soils of the Black Sage Bench region in the Southern Okanagan Valley, this fragrant Stoneboat Pinot Gris offers a fruit cup of lychee, pears, rose water and orange blossoms, honey, mineral and lime aromas. It is dry and racy with oodles of grapefruit, stonefruit and green pear flavours. It has a slippery texture and very good persistence.
Pair this wine with pastas in mushroom sauce, strong cheeses, chicken salad or salmon.
